Our Walk Together
As we journey through life we naturally accumulate all kinds of things. Material things of a practical nature, of sentimental value, and things we simply enjoy. But, what happens when we accumulate an over abundance of material items? I have found that when my home is filled with too many things it becomes cluttered, feels impossible to maintain, and can overwhelm me to the point of avoiding the obvious fact that I am buried under an unnecessary amount of stuff… and even when I find the patience and time to clean it can seem like mere moments later the place is back to a state of chaos and disorder. This cycle is hard to break, and it won’t break unless I am willing to face the fact that it is time to consolidate, time to eliminate, and time to let go of things I don’t need and that no longer serve me.
Well, the same goes for “things” of the unseen world. As a result of life experiences, particularly the ones we don’t enjoy, we also accumulate things like emotional weight, unhealthy mental thought patterns, unresolved inner trauma, and layers of addiction. And, if these things are left unresolved, they will unconsciously guide our thoughts and actions, will perpetuate repeated poor life choices, and will keep us in painful yet unnecessary difficult life circumstances.
So, how do we deal with this inner clutter? How do we begin to maintain order in our inner home, the home that lives within the temple of our body, our spiritual home?
That is what I am here to help you do, to walk with you on your journey inward, where together we will unwind and clean out the inner clutter which hides the light you are. A light that if uncovered will begin to create new patterns in your life, and in turn will lead you out of the darkness, bringing forth peace and inner harmony. Which will allow you to live your deepest truth in a state of pure authenticity.
We can’t do this inner work alone. We need help. We need a safe space which offers support, unconditional love, and non judgment to even begin this process. So, if your soul feels called, I invite you to join me on this journey inward. Where I can assure you that no matter how long we walk together, it will have an effect on your inner and outer life experience.
What qualifies me for this work?
